Cancellation Policies
General Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 12 hours prior to the scheduled site meeting time for job sites located within a 100km radius of the originating depot will not incur any penalties. However, cancellations within 12 hours of the site meeting time will result in a minimum charge of 6 hours for both Staff and Assets.

For job sites situated over a 150km radius from the depot of origin, cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled site meeting time will not incur any penalties. However, cancellations within 24 hours of the site meeting time will result in a minimum charge of 6 hours for both Staff and Assets, along with any accommodation arrangements made for the job. This policy does not extend to events.
Event Cancellations

If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the event start, payment will be required for assets already deployed, traffic management planning costs, a minimum of 4 hours for all staff rostered, and vehicle hire.
Cancellation between 1 to 7 days prior to the event start will entail payment for all assets already deployed and traffic management planning costs.
For cancellations made more than 7 days before the event start, payment for traffic management planning costs will be required.

If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the event start, payment will be required for assets already deployed, traffic management planning costs, a minimum of 4 hours for all staff rostered, vehicle hire, and an additional administration cost of $750.00.
For cancellations made 3 or more days before the event start, payment for assets already deployed, traffic management planning costs, and a $750.00 administration cost will be required.
