- When should I call vs use the form?
- Call (03) 8652 8675 for urgent or same-day work, emergencies (storm damage, accidents, burst mains), or after-hours callouts. Use the form for quotes, planned works booked more than 24 hours out, and general enquiries.
- What information do I need to send to get a quote?
- Site address, works dates and hours, type of work (civil / utility / event / construction), anticipated traffic volumes, and any council or VicRoads correspondence you already have. The more context up front, the faster (and tighter) the quote.
- How quickly will I get a response?
- Same-day during business hours for quote enquiries. Under 2 hours for confirmed emergency callouts in metro Melbourne. After-hours: 0494 104 995.
- Do you cover regional Victoria?
- Yes — from our Epping depot we serve Melbourne metro, Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, the Latrobe Valley, the Mornington Peninsula, and growth-corridor suburbs like Werribee, Pakenham, Cranbourne, Sunbury, and Craigieburn. Not sure if your site\'s in scope? Call us and we\'ll confirm.
