Compliance
All controllers hold current Traffic Controller tickets under the AGTTM National Training Framework, plus Construction Induction (White Card). MLA Traffic is on the VicRoads pre-qualification register for Traffic Management Implementation (TMI), Categories 1 & 2.

- What's the minimum hire?
- Typically a minimum 4-hour shift. Shorter hires can be arranged at premium rates for specific scenarios.
- Can controllers work nights and weekends?
- Yes — we run day, night, and weekend shifts. After-hours and weekend rates carry penalty loadings reflecting award rates; we quote up front.
- Do you supply equipment, or do we?
- We supply standard equipment (PPE, radios, signage, cones, stop/slow bats). For specialised equipment (VMS boards, lighting towers, large barriers) we either supply or coordinate hire as needed.
- Can I request specific controllers for an ongoing project?
- Yes — we maintain crew continuity for ongoing projects where possible, with supervisor coverage for backfills.
- What ticket do your controllers hold?
- Current Traffic Controller ticket per the AGTTM National Training Framework, plus Construction Induction (White Card). TMIs hold the Traffic Management Implementer credential additionally.
